The apartment is the first floor, with a lift, with a very spacious living room with seating for 6 easily on the comfy sofa's while relaxing watching your favourite programs on the full English satellite system. Both bedrooms have twin beds with the master having an ensuite full shower room. There is also a large full bathroom as well. The surrounding area features golf galore with the Campo de Golf Villamartin just a 2 minute walk away and many others within a few minutes drive as well. The La Zenia beach is also just a few minutes drive as well plus several others should you choose.
Also now visit the new Zenia Blvd shopping mall considered to be the largest in Europe and only a 5-minute drive away, or catch a taxi!
