Positive: Everything The staff is very welcoming Breakfast is superb ( seems the variation went back to before covid ) real 4-5 start level breakfast Very clean Spacious Luxury feeling

Negative: Any room does not have any kind of Minato mirai sea view I changed the room for a better view, it was a waste of money Parking is expensive compared to that area
