Positive: I like that there were enough beds for seven people. The place was clean and secure. The value for money was also great for me and my family.

Negative: The check in and accessing the property can be a bit confusing as it is an Airbnb type of accommodation rather than a hotel. For someone who is not used to having pages of instructions to access the place, I struggled a bit. Maybe it would be more straightforward if it was included in the email. The customer service was also a bit of a struggle because I wanted some assistance to access the pdf but I couldn't get one. There is also a confusing part about sorting out trash as the labels are not specified clearly, even though there are different drawers for a type of trash. The sofa bed had some stain in it, so the cleanliness could be improved, too. It is a nice apartment, but having to walk flights of stairs and walking ten minutes from the station to the apartment can be quite daunting.
