Summary: Located a few blocks from nishi nippori station so very easy to get to. Lots of restaurants in the area. Checking in was quick. Room was spacious and clean. Only one elevator. Free coffee and ice cream in lobby. A bit noisy because of proximity to station. English speaking staff.
