The property was renovated in 2014, respecting its history and age, creating a balance between a functional 21st-century home and Mallorcan tradition. The property is located in the Serra de Tramuntana, in an idyllic setting on a fully functioning livestock farm.
The house consists of: entrance hall, large living room, second living room with television, spacious dining room, kitchen with office area. Three spacious bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Large outdoor area with orange grove, 10x3.5 m swimming pool and large solarium. From 2026, the house will have partial air conditioning, located in the master bedroom, adjoining lounge and large lounge.
