Positive: The hotel was amazing! The staff were all lovely and very helpful. I was in contact with Yu Mihara-san through Booking, and he always answered my questions in detail. He also welcomed us at check-in and even helped us with parking. Since we parked a bit far from the hotel, he walked with us all the way to make sure everything was okay. The rest of the staff were also incredibly kind and friendly. The location is perfect, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Yu Mihara-san also gave us clear instructions about everything we needed to know. I highly recommend this hotel!
