Positive: What sold me on this place on initial booking was that this was a brand new build (google maps didnt even have a photo of the house yet) and very close to the train station according to Google Maps. Once we arrived we didn't realize HOW close this station really was. And with the Family Mart right at the exit of the station, we were able to do daily groceries for what we needed. Also not too far from Aoto Station where we stayed at before which has many more choices for food spots or groceries as well. The owners are very thoughtful and even have a youtube channel with places to check out and even a video tour of the house which is really great! Provided most of the amenities we needed.

Negative: Just a few creature comforts, but no "deal breaker" type things. - We learned that the shower room is also a drying room for clothes, just took a while to figure it out. A dryer unit would have been nice. - Fabric Softener would be great also if it was provided. We bought some and left it in the laundry area. - The existing shoe freshener inside the shoe closet could have been replaced since it was almost empty and didn't do justice in the shoe closet for some shoe odors. - In the kitchen, kitchen paper towels would have been nice, but we were able to buy it at the pharmacy downstairs in front of the house. - Before arriving I asked if there were toothbrushes available for guests, but none was available. No toothpaste either. Just get what you need at family mart nearby.
