Modern, fresh, and Mediterranean villa, at the 1st sealine, in the best area of the Costa Brava. Very useful and equipped, with a private garden and swimming pool with panoramic seaviews.
The villa has a lot of natural light as it has big picture windows. It is bright by day and fresh at night, very important in summer.
The beautiful and wild bay El Golfet is at two minutes walking through a little and beautiful path called Camí de Ronda which has fantastic views of the Mediterranean sea.
The staircase in front of the villa provides direct access to the wild bay El Golfet. There are many others beaches and small bays to be explored within walking distance.
Located in a very quiet area by side Natural Pack “Cap Roig castle “ where you will find very beautiful paths and lovely places to walk and others small beaches with crystal clear waters to enjoy with the family.
Next to Calella de Palafrugell, only at 10 minutes walking. There are just enough seafront restaurants and pizzerias, as well as shops of various kinds for shopping.
