Nice country house located on the Pollensa road to the port of Pollensa 1.2km from the center, supermarket, gas station, etc. The house is located 1 km from the beach.
The house has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a shower .. Living room dining room and kitchen with utility room. There are 2 spacious and very nice terraces and it has 2000 m2 of fenced garden with a fence where children can play without problems.
There is air conditioning only in the bedrooms and for winter there is central heating in all rooms and in the dining room-living room as well as a pleasant wood-burning stove that provides warmth and comforts the winter afternoons.
On the barbecue there is a wood-fired oven ideal for cooking roast like piglet, lamb and fish. Also although it has a large parking lot on the barbecue there is a covered parking space.
The farm is completely fenced which gives security in case there are children. It is very well located and has sun from sunrise to sunset.
There is a bus stop 150 meters away.
At 600 meters. are the Aptos, Habitat where you can rent tennis courts, paddle in addition to gym and heated pool is open to all audiences for a more than reasonable cost.
From the farm there is a path and you can walk to the center of town.

Summary: This is a lovely charming villa is perfect for family’s of 6. Three good sized bedrooms a very well equipped kitchen and a fabulous terrace and pool. Other reviewers have mentioned that it could do with updating but we found it great. The dishwasher stopped working and was replaced the next day by the owners very helpful and cheerful son in law.He also replaced the pool lights so swimming after dinner ( a favorite of my wife! ) became a nightly ritual You do need a car as Puerto Pollenca is 1/2 walk and taxis seemed to be few and far between. The photos are exactly what you see and there is a large sun parasol by the pool
