Positive: Fabulous location Beautiful villa

Negative: We had a problem with one of the main bedrooms. Initially it was the shower/ water which was cold and the following day the air conditioning stopped working. We contacted Albahana Villas on a daily basis but the issues were not resolved and we didn’t receive any communication from them to explain the situation. When we checked out on Saturday 27th at 10am, the workmen arrived to replace the whole unit, too late for us and still no mention of the hot water situation. The villa was quite expensive and this was a special family holiday, our pregnant daughter and son in law were unfortunate in having this below standard room. We were always concerned by the absence of any reviews for this villa.

Summary: We loved the area and the villa’s position and facilities are amazing, if only the issues could have been resolved quick
