Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Comfortable beds and room. Very friendly staff and pleasant service. Location is generally good but takes some walking to get to the MTR station though. A desire for improvement is at the breakfast room. The limited space is usually crowded. Coffee served at substandard temperature. Traffic flow in the food counter is not smooth and is in conflict patterns. Some dishes are arranged in a hidden way making them hard to access. Food selections are not up to 5 stars standard. The relaxing room on the top floor is nice. Would be nice if there's a clock and a coffee machine in the room. Not often to see instant coffee in a 5 star hotel anymore.
