Positive: Great Location, is near the seaside park and 5 mins walk from the subway station. It is near Chinatown with many eateries. The room size is good and the beds are comfortable. Breakfast can be western or Japanese style but the options are limited.

Negative: No laundry facility.

Summary: Location is great and the view is excellent if you can get a sea view room.
