Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: A nice / clean room. I booked a twin room (a typical Japanese apartment) but later upgraded to a studio apartment. A plenty of parking. A nice view of Onomichi across the ocean.

Negative: Unfortunately, somebody staying upstairs was very loud with stomping around, so I asked to upgrade from a twin room to a studio apartment, and it was perfect. (This unfortunately happens a lot when foreign tourists are staying at Japanese apartments, since a lot of them are not careful with their stepping / walking, making noise in general, and Japanese apartments tend to be not well sound-proofed).
