This beautiful one room loft (48 sqm) in Port de Sóller was extensively renovated. The quiet hillside location guarantees a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains and partly of the harbor. The new open plan design offers lots of light. The loft is equipped with a double bed (1.60 x 2.00 meters) and and a sofa. The living area has been completely redesigned and now includes a comfortable corner couch and a wide screen TV with international channels.
The bright open kitchen (fully equipped) has a 3-ring ceramic hob, microwave and washing machine. The new bathroom with window and large shower has plenty of space. The absolute highlight of this smal loft is the 20 sqm terrace. Since this terrace has a lot of sun both in winter and summer, there is an awning, table and
chairs and sun loungers. The harbor promenade of Port de Sóller is within walking distance (15 min). The view from the terrace – is just a delight; breakfast times easily extend or you can enjoy the evening at sunset with a good Mallorcan wine. Of course, our beautiful apartment has air conditioning (heat and cold) and a rapid fiber internet connection (D100/U100). Hiking trails start just around the corner.
