Summary: A very busy hotel and we were given a room on the 3rd floor and there is no lift between the 2nd and 3rd floor. My husband who is 73 years old had to carry our 3 big luggages up 16 steps without any help and down upon check out. We asked for help but we sensed the staff wasn’t that willing because they were busy attending to other check in guests.
