And Nagoya station is 17 minutes from Motoyama station while the main shopping area Sakae is 12 minutes from Motoyama station. At Motoyama station both Higashiyama line (the yellow line) and Meijo line (the blue circle line) meet. Nagoya University can either reached by foot or is one stop away from Motoyama station with Meijo line. Close to Motoyama there are several supermarkets, restaurants and other important shops, as well banks, a post office, hamburger shop and several delis. The rooms: All seven air-conditioned rooms are newly renovated with cofortable double or semi-double beds and built-in kitchens. All rooms have their own showers and toilets, closets, desks, and refrigerators. Wi-fi is available for free of charge in every room. Shared laundry facilities including a washing machine and an iron are available. Laundry detergent is available at a charge of 100 yen. A microwave machine is available at shared kitchen. Food: convenient, close to Mos burger, starbucks, 2 supermarket, many restaurants and delicatessens. Safety: quiet and peaceful. Bed: incredibly comfortable. Overall: MY HOME IN NAGOYA. -- It was a really rush booking, I wasn't planing head back to Nagoya so soon, yet something happens and I need to come back and need a place to stay for 2 days in raw. No much left at that time. I sent a message on JR which head to Nagoya() from Takayama() to the host to ask whether I was allowed to stay at his, and he reply really soon. the replying time comfort my anxiousness about sleep on street LOL, not to mention the answer was yes. The host care about his place and the people who stay in his place deeply, you have to check-in like hotels do before you can get to the room. The room was design for longterm stay, just like regular dorm but much better. You'll have your own kitchen, bathroom and toilet, a desk to study and a bed to sleep, they even have a small closet in it. It is a academic foreign bookstore on humanities called Asano Books on the first floor of the building, I found something cool and special that I never saw in my country.
