The apartment area is 83 m2, consists of two bedrooms, a living room, an American-style kitchen, two bathrooms, a technical room, a terrace and a private courtyard with a relaxation area. There is everything you need for a comfortable stay: modern furniture (including outdoor furniture for the terrace and sun loungers), household electrical appliances (with dishwasher and coffee maker), bed linen and towels, dishes. Central air conditioning, barbecue, wireless Internet. The complex has a large internal area with a children's playground and 3 swimming pools, divided into adult and children's areas.
