Summary: The onsen (outdoor and indoor) are both incredible, the view is great but the hotel is a little bit old and not very sound-proof. Staff are friendly and food is great. Around 20 min ride from train station and shuttle bus available for booking. Many local travellers as well. Worth spending a day prior departure.
