Positive: Location - The hotel is ski in ski out. You can board down to the bus of the mountain and there’s a lift that can take you from the base of the mountain back up. The hotel is easy to get to from the Shinkansen station.

Negative: There was ice melting outside and you could hear a constant drop all night.

Summary: Great location and value.
