Positive: Very easy process to check in - someone was at the desk but we received all the infos via message before end. We checked-in fast and access our room and the wifi right away We went to the room and were surprised on how big the room was, it was perfect for a family of 4: 2 distincts area and a real Japanese look and feel. We had a washing machine / dryer into the room and all the necessaries amenities.

Negative: the only down side would be the breakfast - we forgot to order 2 days out of 3, as you need to do it at the counter before end.

Summary: Lovely stay for a family - Comfortable and with a Japanese look and feel
