Summary: The staff were really friendly. I have arrived to Japan via a red eye flight, and I was lethargic from the flight in the morning. They gave me an early check-in due to room availability which is a nice gesture. On my last day, they have also kindly allowed me to have a late check-out at 12 noon. This allows me more time to head out to buy souvenirs. Daily room cleaning was great. Though the room is small, it is perfect for a solo traveller and I would recommend this hotel if anyone who just require a room to stay. The hotel is conveniently located between Ginza and Shimbashi Stations, and you can go to Disneyland or Shinjuku/Tokyo quite conveniently.
