Summary: The outdoor pool was freezing cold and the front desk female staff members were very unfriendly. Upon checking in they seemed offended when I pointed out our VIP status with Expedia and acted like they didn’t know what it meant. Their “laundry facilities” consisted of 1 small washer and 1 dryer which were dirty and inconvenient. The bar and breakfast staff were very kind and the location was good, close to the beach and bus. Overall we were disappointed with this property and would not stay here again or recommend.
