Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The amount of consumables to use, things like plastic bags, napkins, shampoo, soap, paper towelss, cleaning products, made it easier to keep everything nice and clean. The location nearby Shinjuku Station, wich is an excellent place. There is a supermarket nearby with a lots of food options ready to eat. it's like what you see in the photos, a really small place to rest.

Negative: The amount of space, yes is really small. and we were lucky the people in the complex behaved, because the walls are thin, and you could hear a lot from the other rooms.. One really important thing is that host responded to our messages and the messages from the booking staff just 10 hours before, we didn't had check in instructions, or exact location, and Booking.com tried to contact the host without luck. That was really scary. fortunelly the host sent the email with all the info. the refrigerator is really really small, the smallest of all our accommodations in Japan, so keep that in mind.
