Positive: It is affordable considering its proximity to Disney! There are 2 public buses very close by that goes to Disneyland and DisneySea and takes about <30mins to get there. The room was nice, cosy, and had enough space for 2 people. There is a full body mirror too which was nice. There was also another mirror that could be propped up for me to do my makeup easily.

Negative: Getting to the hotel from Shin Urayasu station is a 15minute walk. Quite the walk if you have luggage. Not a lot of food options nearby if you are coming back from Disney. We pretty much ate konbini food for breakfast and dinner everyday. The toilet was a little dated and small compared to the aesthetic of the room. It is quite uncomfortable to step on the drain grill while using the sink.
