• All windows have aluminum roller shutters. The drive is electric. The operation is by remote control (also from the bed). Each room has its own remote control, plus a master remote control for all shutters.
• The house is alarm-protected with a direct connection to the security service incl. Video surveillance (of course only when the system is armed). Your valuables are well protected when you are away. The front door is particularly secured against burglary.
• The front door has an intercom with video to the entrance gate.
• The designer kitchen is fully equipped and of very high quality (e.g. E.g .: induction cooker) with a view of your own bonsai.
• The pool has LED lighting. The pool can be illuminated in blue, green or red. A continuous color change is also possible.
