First floor apartment without elevator in restored Sevillian house. Very quiet area, bedroom inside which makes it very suitable to ensure a good rest. New quality mattresses. It is perfect for couples, family and friends. Its elegant and authentic furniture with marble finished floors make it a comfortable and homely floor.
It has air conditioning, internet connection, central heating, television, washing machine, iron with ironing board, hair dryer, bed linen and towels. The kitchen is perfectly equipped with refrigerator, microwave, crockery and cutlery, hob, oven, coffee maker, toaster, and everything you need so you can prepare all your meals comfortably.
