The Space:
The studio is located on the third floor of the building Santo Domingo IV that has a lift. Entering the studio you will find the bathroom on the right hand side, equipped with a shower. In the main room there is a living room with a comfortable sofa area and a well equipped kitchen. A curtain separates the living room with the sleeping area where there is a double bed. From the living room you can access a balcony where you can enjoy some fresh air and nice weather.

Empuriabrava is the exclusive residential marina in the municipality of Castelló d'Empúries. Located on the shores of the Bay of Roses and in the heart of the Aiguamolls de l'Empordà Natural Park, it is one of the most beautiful marine areas in the world. Cancellation and collection policy
When making your reservation, you will be charged €3 to check the card and to cover the management costs in case of cancellation. If it is not canceled, these €3 will become part of the total payment of the reservation. If you cancel before 14 days for your registration, you will only be charged the €3 administration costs.
14 days before your registration, you will be charged 50% of the value of the reservation, which will not be refunded (of this first payment) if you cancel between days 14 and 7 before your registration.
7 days before your registration, the remaining 50% of the total value of the reservation will be charged. If you cancel in the period between 7 days and the same day of registration, the total value of the reservation will not be refunded.
