Villa Casa De Sueños is tucked away in a quiet cul-de-sac of the residential area of Subach – Crestatx, just a few minutes’ drive from the old town of Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa, in the North of Mallorca.
This beautiful property sits within a fully enclosed, gated garden with grassed areas for children to play, and also benefits from a south facing private swimming pool and terrace! The impressive swimming pool is surrounded by a stone terrace and grass area. Pool heating is available on request at an extra weekly charge. A pool cover is also available. A large covered terrace provides the perfect place for exterior dining and enjoying the ambience of the garden with its mature shrubs and plants. A purpose built BBQ is well positioned in the garden for easy access. The property is accessed via an automatic gate and there is ample parking available.
The interior of the property is comfortably distributed over one level and offers a lovely spacious feel throughout. Characterised by tiled floors, high ceilings with exposed beams, white walls, plenty of natural light and well furnished. An inviting entrance area is the central point of the house and from here offers access to a well-equipped eat in kitchen and an open plan living room (with Smart tv) and dining room. Accommodation wise, the property offers a total of 3 bedrooms all with ensuite bathroom facilities (1 x double and 2 x twin bedrooms). All of the bedrooms are well appointed and offer air conditioning.
The residential area of Subach – Crestatx is a very convenient location with the traditional rural town of Sa Pobla within a very minutes’ drive, with a selection of amenities and facilities available. Sa Pobla is well known for its agriculture and potatoes! In addition to this, the old town of Pollensa and the very popular seaside resort of Puerto Pollensa are within easy reach. As well as the medieval town of Alcudia, the beach resort of Puerto Alcudia and the stunning beaches of Playa de Muro. A fantastic location for exploring!
