The finca offers space for up to eight people and is spread across two levels and a separate outbuilding. On the ground floor, there is a separate, fully equipped kitchen, a cosy dining room and a large living room with panoramic windows, a wood-burning stove and air conditioning that ensures a pleasant room climate on warm days. Also on this level is a bedroom with two single beds (90 × 180 cm) as well as a bathroom with shower and WC.
On the upper floor, there are three additional bedrooms: a double room (140 × 190 cm), a twin room with two single beds (90 × 190 cm), and a single room (90 × 190 cm). Some of these bedrooms have air conditioning, ensuring a pleasant living climate even at night. A stylish designer bathroom with shower and WC completes this floor.
The adjacent outbuilding complements the finca with an additional double room (160 × 200 cm) with its own en-suite bathroom – ideal for guests who wish to enjoy a bit more privacy during their Mallorca holiday.
