Upon entering, on the right-hand side, there is the living room, recently renovated and equipped with two comfortable sofas, a TV, and direct access to the back patio. It is a bright and spacious area, ideal for relaxing after a day at the beach. Next to the living room is a full bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer.
On the left-hand side, you will find the fully equipped kitchen, featuring a ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and complete kitchenware—everything needed to prepare meals with family or friends.
Also on this floor is the open dining area, with a table and charis for all guests. It has direct access to the pool area. Next to it, a second bathroom with a shower and fully equipped.
Upper Floor
On the upper floor, you will find four bright and comfortable double bedrooms, all equipped with air conditioning for maximum comfort. The master bedroom includes a double bed, a generous wardrobe, and direct access to a private balcony with serene views of the surrounding area. The second and third bedrooms each feature two single beds and spacious wardrobes, making them ideal for families or groups. The fourth bedroom also offers a double bed and full air-conditioning, ensuring a restful and enjoyable stay.
