Second line to the Beach - superb location ! if you want to be close to the Sea & Beach ! (Less than 1 Minute walk to the sandy beach)
On the ground floor is a Living room with Sofa seating , Smart TV , Fiber WIFI (600meg) , Air con
A Dining area, kitchen and a Bathroom
On the first floor is a Master bedroom with Queen size (180cm wide) bed & small work station with Views over Cala Capitan Beach, (new for 2023 flat screen TV installed in the master bedroom)
Bedroom 2 (Quad room sleeps upto 4) has a Double style Bunk bed (Double on the bottom and single on the top) - plus a separate single bed in the room
Both Bedrooms have Air con
located next to the Bedrooms is another Bathroom
At the front of the Beach house is a 14m2 Garden area with seating & 2 sun beds and a shade awning for cooling
At the rear is 10m2 Private Terrace with Dining Table for 6 with shade area & sea views
On the top floor (roof level) is a 15 m2 roof solarium with Jacuzzi Hot Tub , private for guests use,

There are two Beaches Cala Captain beach (30 second walk) and La Zenia beach (2 minutes walk) , both with crystal clear waters and EEC Blue Flag awards for cleanliness. Other beaches can be reached by taking a casual stroll along the beautiful promenade path that stretches around the bays between Playa Flamenca and Cabo Roig.
