Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Location is in a quiet neighborhood near the subway station. Facilities were great. I enjoyed using the bathtub, washing machine, microwave, and ref. The place was clean and the staff is responsive to my queries.

Negative: I had a problem with the online check-in. I tried to check-in back home but you needed an actual picture when you get there. So I think that might have caused some problem in the system. The staff was helpful with my concerns, answering promptly and giving me options on how to resolve the problem.
